When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Therefore, please allow 2-3 days for processing. 

How long is delivery?

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Clearance Items Policy

Clearance items are deeply discounted and offered as part of special promotions. As such, all clearance items are non-refundable and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please carefully review product descriptions and details before making a purchase, as all clearance sales are considered final once the item has been delivered in good condition.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Clearance Items:

If you receive a clearance item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will gladly evaluate the issue and offer a resolution. To request an exception for a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@duskbeautyco.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect, along with the packaging.
  3. Resolution Options: If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.

Please note that clearance items that are ineligible for returns or refunds include those without any damage, defects, or delivery issues.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
